We asked if it can be looked at not to drive, but he went back again and double checked. We ended selecting the vehicle. Miguel who also assisted us was very accommodating with questions, and helpful. I have not had a lot of time with the vehicle yet, so I hope the one we had chosen would give us the same experience as another customer who was there. His words resonated with us regarding his experience VW. It is my first time and had chosen a somewhat used one, but relatively new, for the seven seats and slightly bigger size than my previous crossover. The customer said it was his upgrade for his existing. He had his Tiguan for 7 years and didn’t give him any head aches and maintenance was all change oils. I picked up the vehicle the day after, and the process was very smooth. They also had really cleaned the vehicle. When I had a question about a light two days after that I didn’t know was a safety feature, Chris provided an immediate response via SMS. So I guess it was all a smooth process, and that I hope it continues to be the same as the provide service maintenance checks or after sales. More
