I can’t say enough good things about Lenoir City Ford and the staff, especially my sales rep Brittanie! First of all, this is my third personal vehicle that I had bought from Lenoir City Ford. I’m a pretty big fan of this dealership as they’re one of the few dealerships, who don’t price gouge! I’ve rarely had an issue there and if I have, it’s been quickly resolved. The staff there are extremely professional, courteous, and friendly… From my sales rep Brittanie (who I’ve now used twice, make sure you ask for her), to the GM Glen, GSM Charlie, Sales Manger McKenzie, Inventory Manager Wayne, Finance Manager Daniel, and Chris in parts, everyone there is top notch, helpful and like I previously stated, extremely professional. There’s not another dealership in East Tennessee, that I would go to and luckily they were here in my own backyard. Totally worth the drive to Lenoir City Ford if you’re looking for a new or used Ford or another used vehicle. More

Best Vehicle Purchase experience I have ever had thanks to Brandon Newman. Ordered my 2022 F450 and he kept me up to date on every step of the build all the way to delivery. He called me the minute the truck arrived in Lenoir City and hadn't even got off the truck yet. This is 2022 and even with all the chip shortages and factory delays out of everyone's control I got my truck in 90 days much earlier than expected. I have spoken with numerous other people working with other dealerships that have told me they ordered a car/truck over six months ago and still haven't heard anything. I have told all of them they should go see Newman. Great people create great experiences, and therefore create a significant return in business. Also offered what i considered to be a very affordable bumper to bumper warranty. It was nice knowing that even if i hadn't purchased the warranty they would have still warranty'd it for 90 days.
