My Review of Hanford Toyota:
I contacted Hanford Toyota when I decided to get a new Highlander Hybrid. They offered me a great price right away, but did not have a car on the lot. They worked hard to secure the vehicle from another dealer (which was not easy). They honored their commitment to the deal and went out of their way to make me happy. Steve is very friendly and customer oriented. He followed up in a timely manner on all of his promises. He and Chuck are extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (the sophisticated electronics took a lot of explaining) and they made they buying process very easy and uncomplicated. Trasee (finance) took me through all of the warranty questions and made the paperwork go smoothly. Overall, I had a GREAT buying experience with Hanford Toyota and have already recommended them to my friends.

My Review of Hanford Toyota:
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were friendly, and courteous and there was no pressure. All of my questions and concerns were addressed directly without any "grey" areas, and the numbers quoted to me on the purchase of my new vehicle and my trade-in were exactly what was on the contract when I went in to sign. They went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted,sending someone to Bakersfielf, and staying late to complete the deal! Thank You Chuck, and everyone at Hanford Toyota!!
