I never usually have an issue but after my oil change my car started leaking oil and it smelled like it was burning or something. I called them and spoke with Nate he admitted to putting a new guy on my car car started leaking oil and it smelled like it was burning or something. My husband popped my hood and there was oil everywhere under my hood on the motor, hoses and hood. Oil was everywhere including our cement. They sent a tech out and he looked at my car and said the person the changed my oil overfilled it. They took my car back to Richardson’s. I called on Saturday 6 times before someone answered the phone to get an update. More
