Horrible service. My vehicle was brought in for an oil change, inspection, and a loud humming noise during acceleration. That same day, I was told there was an issue w My vehicle was brought in for an oil change, inspection, and a loud humming noise during acceleration. That same day, I was told there was an issue with the rear differential and that parts were being ordered. I asked if it was safe to drive, and I was told it was okay for now. When the parts came in, I dropped the vehicle off again, thinking the repairs would be completed. Instead, I received a message saying they needed to keep the vehicle because they hadn’t fully diagnosed the problem and that additional parts would be needed. Called and left a message for the service manager and I'm still waiting for his return phone call. Professionalism at its finest! More

I think for what you charge for your services somebody could have brought my vehicle in when I came to pickup. I was given my keys and told my vehicle was in space #bla bla.No free car wash no express oi could have brought my vehicle in when I came to pickup. Took my truck in because it felt like it wasn't getting boost. They said the tech didnt see any codes and thought it drove fine so I went and picked it up. that evening I got a service engine soon light an boost. They said the tech didnt see any codes and thought it drove fine so I went and picked it up. that evening I got a service engine soon light and read the code myself. Sure enough it was a low boost code. When I turned the truck off and back on the light was off. Luckily I took a picture of the code myself. I took the truck back to them and talked to the tech. He said they might have to keep it and see if it acts up because he can't do anything unless he gets a code. I made another appointment so we will see how it goes. Not real impressed so far. There are a few ways to at least rule out if a turbo is bad, and they are simple checks, but doesn't sound like they even did that. More
