I was unable to bring my truck in so they came and got it fixed it and returned it. Great service but if Ford does away with the start/stop feature it would not have needed a new batterie and system reset fixed it and returned it. When I took my Explorer to have the work done was one of the saddest moments of my life. The night before I lost my wife in a car accident, she was in a head-on collision and lost her life. The next m the saddest moments of my life. The night before I lost my wife in a car accident, she was in a head-on collision and lost her life. The next morning my Explorer wouldn't start due to electrical issues and the week that I was facing I needed a vehicle. I called Washington Ford and through moments of sobbing they were able to ascertain what I needed done and we're able to get my Explorer in immediately. They arranged for a rental for me which they paid for. When I arrived at the dealership the response to my tragedy was overwhelming, with kindness and support and hugs and prayers from the staff the got me situated. Along with that they sent flowers to the funeral home to honor my wife and family. I was never charged for the work they did on my vehicle nor the rental In all the years of buying vehicles I had never seen a dealership put a person before profit like Washington Ford did. I will always buy my vehicles from them they treated me like a member of the family and honored the memory of my wife. The staff told me to come down to vent, cry, or whatever I needed to help with my mourning. People like Cindy Timmons along with Andrea and Don, and everyone on that staff there are just outstanding and put the person above the profit and genuinely care. Washington Ford is a one of a kind dealership that cares for their customers. More
