I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Acura dealership in Newport News. I brought my vehicle in for a routine state inspection, and not only did they fail it, but they also provide at the Acura dealership in Newport News. I brought my vehicle in for a routine state inspection, and not only did they fail it, but they also provided me with a list of major issues they claimed were wrong with my car. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion—only to find out that NONE of the issues they identified were actually present. As a loyal Acura customer, this experience felt like a betrayal. This kind of dishonest and misleading service is unacceptable. I will never return to the Newport News location. If I choose to purchase another Acura in the future, I will gladly take my business across the water. Integrity and customer loyalty should mean more than this. More
