My experience started with Clint via email, who was reluctant to provide an online quote for a specific truck, saying it was too complicated. T with. If Jay hadn’t reached out himself I would’ve gone somewhere else. I waited over an hour to see finance after signing the initial docs with Jay, despite it being dead due to bad weather (snow).
