The sales guy (Cody) and the finance guy (Marc) were outstanding - 5 stars. The "manager" (don't recall his name) that tried to negotiate the final deal was very disappointing. He "forgot" one discount outstanding - 5 stars. The "manager" (don't recall his name) that tried to negotiate the final deal was very disappointing. He "forgot" one discount and one other change that raised the price of the Jeep by 4k. When I tried to explain that his math was wrong - he ended up snapping at Cody the sales guy because he was chewing his ice too loud. We were finally able to get him to see his mistake and the deal went thru. That was the only bad part of this experience and I was very close to walking out because of him. More
