I was able to give him a list of must haves and he sent me home under my budget under the MSRP and with a lot more options than I asked for. I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect. Tracy also quickly resolved a discrepancy with my vehicle and did so at my convenience. When the wrong part was ordered he gave me a loaner and the new part at the lower price. Customer service has been really great. I genuinely like the employees here. They always smile and laugh with me. Tracy even drove all the way back to the service department after hours because I had forgotten my key. I would recommend this establishment to a friend. More

Poor Customer Service We thought we would be able to work with this dealership. They have no haggle pricing which is nice. However, working with all the other sales departm We thought we would be able to work with this dealership. They have no haggle pricing which is nice. However, working with all the other sales departments including the General manager and owner (both of which told me they would call us back and didn't) displayed anything but professionalism. Fortunately we were able to take our business elsewhere and have received wonderful customer service from another dealership. I have NEVER experienced such a poor experience when buying a car. More

Approached with down to earth people and hospitality, like Keith Smith, which you would expect from good people down south.
