My family has bought 8 cars from this dealership. They had a Hyundai Palisade for sale. I went to the website and asked if the vehicle was still available. Two different people texted back. I sai They had a Hyundai Palisade for sale. I went to the website and asked if the vehicle was still available. Two different people texted back. I said that my family deals with a man named Coke. The next day Coke called and said the car was sold. He told me they had plenty of Chevy Traverses on the lot. I told him that the Chevy Traverse has a lot going on under the engine. To fix certain things you need to have the engine lifted out at a fee of 2K. That doesn't include the work needed. How do I know this? We have 3 of them. And all 3 required the same thing to repair. I've spent 13k on lifting engines in and out of the 3 cars over the course of 15 months. So the last thing I want is another one. But at no time did Coke recommend anything else. I'm in sales and my family has a history there and am confused why nothing else was recommended. I know they have other dealerships. Why couldn't he of done a stock check with other dealerships? More

We purchased a 2014 suburban today and couldn't be happier with Coke the salesman. We actually dealt with him in 2011 when we bought a Camaro from him. I have had 2 VERY positive experiences at Bigger happier with Coke the salesman. We actually dealt with him in 2011 when we bought a Camaro from him. And I have to add the finance department is top notch, it's nice to not being pressured into buying all the extras if you don't want to but he will take the time if you have questions. Great guy!! Coke went above and beyond any other car salesperson I have ever had before; he made buying a car a fun experience! He was sure that I was happy with the car, price, and answered any questions that I had have ever had before; he made buying a car a fun experience! He was sure that I was happy with the car, price, and answered any questions that I had both at the time of purchase and after. He also spend time helping me get comfortable with the functions of new car(radio, vehicle information system, OnStar, etc.)I didnt feel pressured at any time from Coke which was great instead he focused on tmy needs and wants for a vehicle. At the time of financing I was glad that it didnt take a long time. At that point, noone wants to spend another hour signing papers after they have spent hours test driving and deciding on what car to purchase. Jerry was very knowledgable and quick to answer any questions I had. Two of my family members have purchased vehiles from Coke within the last 6 months and referred me to him. I was/am very glad that I was able to work with him specifically when I decided to purchase a vehicle. He is a great asset to your dealership because of his personality and friendliness as well as product knowledge and willingness to find the customer just the right vehicle for their needs. More

We were looking at the Chey Cruz and we met Coke and he explained all of the rebates and incentives for this car. After telling him what we wanted they did not have it at their location, so they checked ot explained all of the rebates and incentives for this car. I was very happy working with him and he gave me the best price and I never felt pressured into buying the car. On the day of purchase he spent a long time going over all of the features and functions for this car and helped me install my mobil abt for OnStar.
