Went looking for a minivan came away with a Ford Edge. Our first thought had been a minivan though as colin listened to us he suggested perhaps a midsize SUV. He asked if we would like to test drive a Ford Edge, which we did. Anyway, without the old bargaining back and forth Colin showed us an offer in write that was within our expectations without us ever needing to tell him what our expectations were. I will highly recommend Miller Motor Sale and Colin Fredrick to anyone who asked. More

We needed a truck for a new camping adventure. Colin was quick to respond to our inquiries and had the vehicle ready when we arrived for a test drive. It has been our experience in the past, that shopping for and purchasing a vehicle, has not been pleasant. All that changed when we went to Miller Motors. We called ahead to verify the Jeep Grand Cherokee and purchasing a vehicle, has not been pleasant. All that changed when we went to Miller Motors. We called ahead to verify the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit was still available, and when they said it was, we told them we were on our way. That’s when the good experience began! We were greeted by Colin Fredrick, who had the Jeep waiting for us, right next to the showroom. This was exceptionally convenient because I have mobility issues and use a walker. He showed us the vehicle and briefly described it. Well, we liked what we saw, how low pressure Colin was describing it, and how well he answered our questions. When Colin could see I wasn’t quite understanding something, he would pause and explain it further, without talking down to me. In our past experiences the Sales Person usually spoke mostly directly to my husband, with barely even looking at me, or if I asked a question, they would look at my husband to give HIM the answer. The car had all the “bells and whistles “ my husband was looking for. So we felt very comfortable telling Colin we would like to trade in our 2015 Ram 3500 Laramie dually. In no time at all they came back with fair a trade in value. When we returned two days later, the car was cleaned up, the paperwork was correct and ready, and in no time at all we were sitting in it while Collin patiently explained what all the features were and how to use them. We were overwhelmed with how many cool features the Jeep had. So many! In the end, Colin shook BOTH our hands and told us we could contact him by text or phone any time we needed. I actually hugged him before we left. More
