My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
Had a great experience with Brent, he had great patience and professionalism. He was not pushy or brash in any way. He even assisted in getting the new car closer to home, as my husband can't drive for now and we did not trade in our old van. The day after bringing it home, the dimmer switch needed to be replaced and it was done in a timely manner, the following day we realized we had no heat. I called early morning and my phone call was responded to as it was promised to be. Colleen arranged to come to my work and pick up the car, which was done by Ken, service manager. The times arranged were spot on, my car needed to be kept overnight so a car similiar to it was provided to me. Everyone I came in contact with there is top-notch. They are truly a wonderful business!

My son's car needed repair. Suburban was recommended by AAA. Called and talked with Colleen about the car problem. She talked with the mechanic and called me back. I had the vehicle towed to Suburban. They called the next day with an estimate. Once approved they had it completed in a few hours. I am very happy with the service and the price. Colleen was outstanding!

I want to thank you so much for all of your help yesterday, you were a great help! With the changes in Saturn, it was great to find a place that will still be able to service my vehicle. Although I live in Lansing but work in Grand Rapids, I’ve decided to continue all of my service with your team mainly due to your attention and friendliness that you showed me yesterday. I have never walked into this establishment without getting a super greeting from either the sales or the service departments. My only grumble is that General Motors did away with the Saturn brand. I am angry with GM, but surely not with my vehicles or the service

I was greeted quickly and the service was written up efficiently. Colleen had taken my phone call earlier in the day and gathered some information that made the check in process go smoothly. She was friendly and professional. The service was performed and she explained what was done and took care of the paperwork. I am very happy with the personal attention and the professional service that I recieve when I bring my car in for either routine or problem servicing. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car!
