I am quite pleased with the sales experience at Brad Deery Motors. They've got a team that wants to get things right. Starting with Monica Cadogan, who was patient with me online as I kept my distance, Deery Motors. They've got a team that wants to get things right. Starting with Monica Cadogan, who was patient with me online as I kept my distance, because of past experience with high pressure sales people. Once we got past that, she turned things over to Connor Wambold. Connor recognized my comfort level, and gave me the numbers I wanted to see before I made the drive there (116 miles). I threw them a curve ball over the weekend, and asked for confirmation on a conditional rebate. Once confirmed, I made the drive there that Monday to see if we could make the deal work. Connor was off that day, and without missing a beat, Zach Broders took over. The only remaining variable was my trade. Everyone thinks their trade is worth a lot. I’m no different. I was given a range that I could expect as long as there weren’t any surprises with the condition. There was an issue with my passenger rearview mirror that I of course I thought did not amount to much. It was a bigger issue than I thought. They couldn’t turn around and sell the vehicle without replacing it. Plus, there were a few small dents they would have to deal with. They could have tried to nail me with this, but they gave me the low end of the range we agreed on ahead of time. I was offered addons, but I felt no pressure to buy once I said no thank you. Kody Wenndt took over for the finance portion. This guy knows what he is doing, and he will patiently explain any part of the process you may have questions or concerns about. Bottom line, with a visit to Brad Deery Motors, you are going to have a team there ready to help the buying process be comfortable and fair. More

Would not recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle with this company. You will be lied to if you do. We went to look at a Dodge Durango in June 2024. We liked the vehicle that we looked at but asked with this company. You will be lied to if you do. We went to look at a Dodge Durango in June 2024. We liked the vehicle that we looked at but asked to look at a few other vehicles and instead we ended up getting pushed to purchase the vehicle that we looked at after waiting while the sales person checked to see if anything else met our criteria. We advised 5 times where we wanted our loan to be set up through: however, the loan was still set up with a different company and caused a lot of issues. We traveled from out of town and did not bring the spare key or title to our trade in vehicle. We were told multiple times that they could have someone stop at our house to pick up the trade in vehicle items in the coming week but after purchasing the vehicle they would only call us to remind us to send the keys and title and would not pick it up anymore. The day following our purchase we started receiving an uconnect box error and took it in for service. They were unable to fix it that day and were going to require several additional hours to diagnose the issue. They said they would call to schedule a second appointment when a trade-in vehicle became available. However, they never called. After leaving multiple messages, we were told that a loaner vehicle could not be given to us since our issue was not transmission related. Even though we were told upon purchasing the vehicle and extended warranty that they could provide a loaner when needed or they could come to Dubuque to pick up our vehicle when it needed work done on it. It is not an easy option for us to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time due to current medical conditions or to be stranded out of town with no options to get home while our vehicle is being worked on. None of the things they said they would do were actually followed through on. It seems like we were just lied to over and over again in order for them to make a sale. I would never recommend this dealership or trust anything they say. Going forward I would rather pay a $100 deductible at another dealership to have my car serviced for any repairs in order to be treated better as a customer. More
