I ordered a replacement part for my Ford pickup from the parts department while still at the dealership. I tried to install it. It did not seem to fit. I went inside and talked to Corey. He came out and spe parts department while still at the dealership. I tried to install it. It did not seem to fit. I went inside and talked to Corey. He came out and spent 20 minutes and could not get the part to fit. We went to the parts department where they confirmed that they had ordered the correct part and that I had the correct part. I had my tires rotated. The gentleman who did it was courteous , got it done real fast. Then I made an appointment to have some work done on my car. They didn't get it in till around 3, after I called to check on the progress. Not sure why the delay. I thought the work done was very expensive but it was fixed. I have a service contract but was told what the did wasn't covered. It should have been in my opinion More

I had a issue with my car shutting off at a very busy intersection which scared me because people were blowing horns at me even when I has my flashers on. Men were even giving me the middle finger and I intersection which scared me because people were blowing horns at me even when I has my flashers on. Men were even giving me the middle finger and I had to try to steer the car to get out of the intersection as best I could, but when you have no power it is almost impossible to steer with no power. The only person that even tried to help was a wonderful lady -- no men even offered only screamed and gave me the middle finger. I got an appointment at White's Ford and they helped find the problem as they usually go -- always very good service from them. They had the part on hand and fixed it while I waited. More
