Sales person told me the car has features that i found out it didn’t have. The finance guy got hateful when I didn’t finance thru Corwin, and they even further when I didn’t buy his extended warranty. Af out it didn’t have. The staff is kind courteous and understanding! They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and had it done quicker than the other dealership I had been going to. They also done a video They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and had it done quicker than the other dealership I had been going to. They also done a video walk through during the inspection portion of the service. They showed and explained the extra services that needed to be done, but did not pressure us to have it done. This made me feel much more comfortable that the items needed to be replaced. Thanks Corwin for the great service experience! More dealerships should learn a lesson from you! More

It was nice getting some free oil changes through Corwin after purchasing my new to me vehicle. The check in process was easy, and the waiting room was nice. PSI on Rotated tires was not changed to recommend specs. Advisor said the tire will readjust themselves. I called back to tell Advisor after checking with a tire gauge on my own. Advisor said he would talk to the shop manager about incident. After I got truck home looked underneath truck. Saw a couple fluid leaks one around the transmission pan and other around driver side rear wheel brake. Are leaks or wet spots part of alerting the owner of at least of potential problem. I bought a second oil change and tire rotation special for future in 3-5k change. Not sure if I'll be back after the next change. The Advisor was nice, waiting area nice. Thanks More
