Sales person told me the car has features that i found out it didn’t have. The finance guy got hateful when I didn’t finance thru Corwin, and they even further when I didn’t buy his extended warranty. Af out it didn’t have. The staff is kind courteous and understanding! They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and had it done quicker than the other dealership I had been going to. They also done a video They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and had it done quicker than the other dealership I had been going to. They also done a video walk through during the inspection portion of the service. They showed and explained the extra services that needed to be done, but did not pressure us to have it done. This made me feel much more comfortable that the items needed to be replaced. Thanks Corwin for the great service experience! More dealerships should learn a lesson from you! More

It was nice getting some free oil changes through Corwin after purchasing my new to me vehicle. The check in process was easy, and the waiting room was nice. However, I waited almost an hour and a half for after purchasing my new to me vehicle. The check in process was easy, and the waiting room was nice. I don’t know what else goes into it, if they check other things in my vehicle such as the tire pressure or washer fluid, but if they don’t, an hour and a half wait is disappointing. More
