Went in to buy two cars based on prices online being competitive. Added on a $1400 “fee” per car that was mandatory for their “certification process” which was really a 6 month warranty (it is illegal i competitive. Added on a $1400 “fee” per car that was mandatory for their “certification process” which was really a 6 month warranty (it is illegal in PA to require a warranty purchase so they won’t call it a warranty). Then refused to actually run our credit correctly with the financing saying “the best they could do” was an interest rate almost twice what our bank would give us and if we went with our bank we had to pay $1,000 per car saying it was “clearly on their website” though I didn’t see it in my looking so if it is there, I would argue on the “clearly.” Still ended up buying the vehicle which is on me, I know, but a week later and it has an airbag system warning light that is not covered by their “not a warranty” and expect us to come in to have it repaired there at our cost. More
