Shady business practices. I settled on a price with a salesman for a vehicle that was in transit. I planned to pay cash. I told them I would pay up front but all they offered I settled on a price with a salesman for a vehicle that was in transit. I planned to pay cash. I told them I would pay up front but all they offered for a receipt was the signed quote by the sales person and they wanted a cash transfer. I was not comfortable with that. I asked about a down payment and they said they did not do down payments. They had offered home delivery and I told them I would wait for that and pay in full upon delivery. The next week the sales person called and said the vehicle still was not in but they had another one for a few thousand dollars more. I told him I would wait for the car that we had agreed upon. After another week or two I contact them to see where the vehicle was. They said somebody had come in and paid for it and they had sold it. I asked why they did not contact me before selling the vehicle? I did not receive an answer. I told them I did not think that was a very sound business practice. I asked them to replace the vehicle with a similar model. They said they were unable to do that and there were only the more expensive models available. More

What I have had is one of the hardest experiences trading in a lease while working with Key’s dealership. The process took about 4 months. Getting my new 2021 Cadillac XT5 was an exhausting process and I fin in a lease while working with Key’s dealership. The process took about 4 months. Getting my new 2021 Cadillac XT5 was an exhausting process and I finally had to get the general manager involved. Needless to say I’m still trying to get issues resolved due to poor customer service and communication. I love my new vehicle but know that you must be extremely persistent if you actually want to get a vehicle as the staff in all departments seem a bit under trained and understaffed. Simple things like vacuuming under weather tech mats before that are installed? Returning phone calls, customer service, follow through and communication. I also had a major problem with the final payment for my previous lease as the financing company said they had no receipt of payment and that my account was going to collections. Not an easy thing to hear when you have worked hard to have excellent credit. More
