I had a terrific experience at Subaru of Fort Myers. Bill absolutely lives up to the nickname “Cowboy.” He’s friendly, straight-shooting, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than pressured. Before I knew it, I had found the perfect car and was excited about the decision. The next stop was finance, where Lucas Monteiro, Finance Leader, made what can sometimes feel like the “paperwork rodeo” incredibly smooth. Lucas handled everything efficiently and professionally and somehow made the entire process pleasant. I'm equally beholden to Michael Findley who familiarized me with the intricacies of the car's electronics. I thank him greatly for his patience and unceasing friendliness. What impressed me just as much was the dealership culture. Every single person I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and courteous. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident. It’s about an hour’s drive--on a good day!--for me to get to Subaru of Fort Myers, but after this experience I wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re looking for a dealership where people truly care about the customer experience, this is it. More
