I took my car to the flagship Moto cars, a Lynnfield for the very first time I met with Nathan the service department. He went over with me and let me know what needed to be done to my vehicle. He also gave the very first time I met with Nathan the service department. He went over with me and let me know what needed to be done to my vehicle. He also gave me a loaner so that way I can get back-and-forth to work while my car is being fixed. He also communicate with me and let me know what’s going on with my vehicle at that particular time and the next day he will also call and let me know that things is going smoothly as I want to give thanks to the technician that took the time to work on my car to make it much more safer for the roads. I also want to give a shout out and a special thanks to my salesman Craig he went up and beyond the call of duty as he always do I have to give credit to these two gentlemen , they took the time to make sure my vehicle was up and running nice and clean and back on the road. I wish there was many more like that. I will always go back to Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield to get the adequate amazing punctual satisfaction of my vehicle being worked on job well done. The technician took the time to make sure my vehicle was up and running. The staff is outstanding, Mr. Nathan went up and beyond the call of duty. When he was attending to my vehicle he will call me and let me know when he landed to my vehicle. He will call and let me know when my vehicle was ready and was going to be delivered. I have to give credit where credit is due, and he deserve a lots of credit for communicating with me about my vehicle, I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Craig B. He went up and beyond the call of duty. He went out of his way to make sure my vehicle got service gave him credit where credit is due. I will always bring my vehicle back to Lynnfield to the Mercedes. Where I get adequate quality service I want to give a special shout out to the technician that took their time and I my vehicle to the staff in the service department for the management of the dealership, especially for Jamie, who brought me my vehicle at a timely manner, and I most dealership will bring you your vehicle, so I feel like I’m one of the lucky ones you have to give credit where credit is due and I went up and beyond the call of duty to make sure my vehicle is up and running and looking elegant and professional job well done! to all those who did service to my vehicle in a timely manner I wish there was more dealership in the greater Boston area that will go up and beyond the call of duty to make sure your vehicle is ready when they say your vehicle will be ready I can’t express enough for the Flags ship motor car of Lynnfield mass. OK, I rarely write reviews unless something is an outlier (good or bad). In this case, working with Craig was an outstanding experience that had an unexpected twist. I was in the market for a CPO C-Class and (good or bad). In this case, working with Craig was an outstanding experience that had an unexpected twist. I was in the market for a CPO C-Class and came into it not too picky with only a few wide parameters to meet. Flagship had two cars that fit the bill and Craig was super helpful in helping me consider which one fit the value proposition I was seeking as a buyer. He asked good questions, he told me the good and bad to consider, and we had a great compare/contrast session. I felt great about the final choice - except that the car was Silver. I was fine trading off positives for negatives I wanted across my parameters, but I never thought color would be an issue. Although I preferred black, I know that buying a used car comes with the flexibility of knowing one can't expect to get exactly what one may want. Craig worked out a good deal for me and I put a hold on the car since he stayed late with me and we'd need to seal the deal the next day. He was even pretty cool while I slung a few jokes about the car being great, except that it was SILVER, and I bet if I had come earlier, we would have inked the deal. That night, and later the next morning, looking at the C300 I drove for about 7 years, I could not picture any other color in my driveway or me driving any other C300 that was not black for the net 5 years or so. I would likely regret going with silver, but could live with it. I did a quick "check" on local inventory and found a black CPO C300 that had nearly all that I wanted that must have just come on line. I know the car I picked with Craig was probably a better car and I think he got me a better all around deal, but I just could not follow through having found a better fit. I had the hardest time calling Craig about it, but he was awesome. He kindly said, "it happens, but I honestly want you to be in the right car for you", and I know he meant it. Throughout the whole wind-down of our deal, he got even nicer and more helpful. It made it even harder to have gone in another direction. Craig did not lose my sale, he (and by extension the dealership) gained my trust. While that does not pay the bills, the least I can do is let any prospective buyer know how great an experience I had with Craig, especially considering the outcome, and I hope this comes back to him 10-fold. As soon as I need another car, I'll let Craig know what I am looking for well in advance and I'm sure he'll make it happen for me. Awesome job Craig. More
