Although Vallejo was further than we had wanted to go, they had the car we wanted and the best price we were able to work out. Cruz made our purchase simple and efficient. He was awesome with communication from start to finish which I felt was lacking from other dealerships. He also kept me informed every step of the way as we had wanted some additional items added to the car before we picked up. We arranged to pick up at 7:30 pm which was 30 minutes before the dealership closed and never did we feel rushed. Anthony handled the financing portion and he was just as great. He took his time and made it simple and easy. It’s been a few days. Love the car so far and the follow up from Cruz was a welcome surprise! We really love the team environment didn't feel like we were in a shark tank. Each person we talked to be it Martha, Kenneth, James, or Cruz all of them were very encouraging patient comfortable and knowle were in a shark tank.
