We have returned to purchase with Ronnie Brunson for the second time. His integrity and follow up with us is exceptional. He is patient and answers all our questions to our satisfaction. He also takes the time to explain all our options and how to use them in our new truck. We will recommend him to all our friends shopping for cars and we will be back again !! Tim the financial man could not have been more patient with all our questions, we never felt rushed. CT was also involved in our transaction with patience and caring. I am 80 years old and have purchased over 50 vehicles. I can honestly say that Ronnie is the absoluted best salesman that I have ever worked with. He was a total professional, made sure that I understood the unique features of truck and was by far the most sincere and honest salesman I have ever dealt with. My experience with Trent was also exceptional. CT, the sales manager, was also the best sales manager that I have ever worked with -- up front, reasonable and honest. I would also like to commend Tim, the financial manager, for his professionalism and thoroughness. To me, the finance part of vehicle buying is always the most burdensome and time consuming. Not this time -- Tim was thorough, helpful and efficient. My experience at Trent was the absolute best I have ever incountered thanks to Ronnie, CT, and Tim. More
