I have used Imperial Toyota for many years as I have leased my last two (current) vehicles with them. They are extremely helpful and efficient and best of all, when there is a minor break-down, things a leased my last two (current) vehicles with them. They are extremely helpful and efficient and best of all, when there is a minor break-down, things are handled quickly and professionally. For example, when I leased my current vehicle, I agreed to a deal with the sales person that the 3rd yr of the lease would include the complimentary oil change/tire rotation (as usually it is only the first 2 yrs). This didn't appear to be captured in their system so when I reminded the sales manager, Eric, instead of having to fight and beg, he quickly provided me with the appropriate coupon. This made me feel valued as a customer and made me feel that both Sales and Service work together. Great job! More
