I had purchased here twice in the past and thought I knew what to expect, but Curtis still managed to impress. He was super communicative. I texted him questions by phone and email, and he responded in hours, not days. (In most cases, it was minutes. And, no “we’ll get back to you,” just direct answers every time. I walked in fully pre-approved and walked out with a better APR. Curtis quietly shopped for incentives and rebates, presented me with all the numbers upfront, and didn’t oversell a single add-on. Absolute transparency, Knowledgeable walk-through of every gadget Curtis treated me like a fellow enthusiast, not just another transaction. He adjusted the new camera rearview mirror to my preference. He demonstrated adaptive cruise control, which proved to be much smoother than any instructional video or manual could have done. No paperwork pileup. No headaches. My documents were prepped and Curtis breezed through signatures so quickly, I double-checked to see if I had signed everything. A week later, I called with a question about a settings adjustment, and Curtis came out to my driveway to help me adjust it in person. TLDR: If you want someone who is super-quick, knows every feature in and out, and cares about getting you the best deal, ask for Curtis. He made buying a car feel like, well, not buying a car.
