DAS Reputation Management

I purchased a truck almost two months ago. I traded my old truck in that had a payoff. The dealership hasn’t paid my trade in off. The bank it’s financed through says they haven’t received a call from the dealership even requesting a payoff. Even though I went to the dealership two days ago, ( because you can’t get anyone to answer the phone except sales) to ask when the truck would be paid off. They said it was being done that day. Two days later the bank says they haven’t received any calls from the dealership in regard's to the payoff. So now I’m paying two truck payments because they want take care of the payoff on the trade in. I did have a manager call me back right after I left negative reviews from their internal review that’s done by ALM and GMC. Tried to return the manager’s call, (I have the calls and emails documented) but he was unresponsive. Never called me back. That was last month and I reached out a few times. I was hoping I didn’t have to make a public review, hoping they would fix the problem but they haven’t. The service has also not been good. The salesman was nice but didn’t explain any features. The finance department was also misleading. More
