The sales department is awesome. I bought a 2021 Silverado trail boss. Had it six months and it developed a lifter issue. It's been sitting there for one month and two weeks untouched. I had to go in and physically see the manager because she didn't return my calls. Now when I email her She is telling me your truck will be worked on next. Its still sitting in the parking lot 7/7/21. Oh and promised they would pay the payment because it's been there over a month. No payment made as of yet. My next vehicle will not be from there. More

Still waiting would like to talk to owner. They are well aware of situation. And pictures of the mess were sent to them. More

Could not have been happier Stopped into Service Dept. to have air put in my tires. Talked to Dave in Service and mentioned that my lease was up in August but I wasn't going to Stopped into Service Dept. to have air put in my tires. Talked to Dave in Service and mentioned that my lease was up in August but I wasn't going to lease that model again. He steered me to Sales because of a lease forgiveness promotion going on. Dave C. worked hard to get me the numbers to match my payment budget. I drove away with a beautiful Malibu 3 days later. Seems everyone at the dealership had a hand in getting this lease together and all were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. I am a fan for life. More
