They have no problem using and ruining your personal information for their gain. Will be doing more research, since there is a two year statute of limitations on FCRA violations. In the meantime, reaching out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is on the list of to do’s. For trying to buy a first vehicle, this experience has been one of personal rights violations with no compassion, understanding, or genuine sincerity to apologize. An apology, when you are in the wrong, goes a long way. More

There's 1 thing I was misled about. I was told there was an owners manual in the glove box. What REALLY was there was the supplements to the owners manual.
