I am a United States Army Veteran with a certification in Diesel Technology. I'm a graduate of Aberdeen Proving Grounds School Of Technology. I've held many positions in the automotive industry to include: Parts Department, Service Department Manager, Lead Luxury Unit Advocate, Accounts Manager, As well as many leadership roles in the automotive industry. I've earned many awards from top producer awards, top lead awards, employee of the year and many accolades from my time in the automotive industry. I'm also a professional literary performing artist in theater and film in my spare time.

Everyone was very nice but I didn’t like the way service menu was sent with most expensive fixes listed last and having to choose what I wanted without being able to talk to a human. Also, if you’re goi menu was sent with most expensive fixes listed last and having to choose what I wanted without being able to talk to a human. Also, if you’re going to keep my car in the shop for more than a week, give me a loaner. It cost an extra $500 to get a rental car. I really disliked that. And if I’m spending $4000 on repairs. Wash my car before handing it back to me. Little things like that are what secures my loyalty. And make sure all my new tires have the same pressure. The back left tire is one psi lower than the other three. I know that’s a little things but details matter. More
