I had been considering trading in my Nissan Rogue for the last year. I brought it into Courtesy Nissan for maintenance and was asked through a short survey about my interest in trading vehicles. I said "yes" last year. I brought it into Courtesy Nissan for maintenance and was asked through a short survey about my interest in trading vehicles. I said "yes" and honestly didn't anticipate being provided anything I could afford or that would be worth the change...Then came in Damon McDowell...Damon called me to inquire about my likes/dislikes and reason for considering a trade. He took all I gave him and found a vehicle that checked every box for me INCLUDING being in my price range. He sent me videos of the vehicle that pointed out all the things I was looking for and answered all my questions through the day until I could make it in. He was respectful about me wanting to take a day after test driving to think on it & was not pushy with the sale. He truly gave me an offer I couldn't refuse & I am so excited to be in a new vehicle that better fits my family's needs without breaking my budget. I feel that kind of care is super rare these days, so I appreciate and will seek out Damon next time my family needs a vehicle! More

My wife was stranded and her Nissan Armada would not start. We live in Avondale and called the Nissan Dealerships over in West Valley. They kept sending her to service and telling her to get tow. Nobody start. We live in Avondale and called the Nissan Dealerships over in West Valley. They kept sending her to service and telling her to get tow. Nobody listens to the problem. I was on road and couldn’t help my wife as she was stressed and I was stressed. She googled Nissan dealerships near by. And got to Damon. He heard her panic and calm my wife down. Identified the problem which was her key battery was very low. He told her to hold the key to the push button start. And push the button. It started right up and she was in tears. This guy was super cool. What got me is when he told my wife to listen to her car. Don’t disregard that big ole indicator that shows the remote and battery life like a cell phone. She laughed, I laughed because he was right and straight told the facts. Either way we swung over to the store to meet him and he was the same way in real time. He was with another customer so we seen review board. Didn’t want to bother him. I would buy cars from this guy. More
