I had been considering trading in my Nissan Rogue for the last year. I brought it into Courtesy Nissan for maintenance and was asked through a short survey about my interest in trading vehicles. I said "yes" and honestly didn't anticipate being provided anything I could afford or that would be worth the change...Then came in Damon McDowell...Damon called me to inquire about my likes/dislikes and reason for considering a trade. He took all I gave him and found a vehicle that checked every box for me INCLUDING being in my price range. He sent me videos of the vehicle that pointed out all the things I was looking for and answered all my questions through the day until I could make it in. He was respectful about me wanting to take a day after test driving to think on it & was not pushy with the sale. He truly gave me an offer I couldn't refuse & I am so excited to be in a new vehicle that better fits my family's needs without breaking my budget.
