This is a top notch facility. Service advisor Dan, continually kept in contact with me regarding the process and when i could expect to have my vehicle returned. We have always brought my car in for the oil changes. I had never had an issue with Infiniti, until recently. When bringing up the issue to the service manager Dan, he made sure to take good care of us an had never had an issue with Infiniti, until recently. When bringing up the issue to the service manager Dan, he made sure to take good care of us and fixed all the issues. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes a good service department and a good manager like Dan to fix the issues. Thank you Dan for being an awesome Manager, we really do appreciate all your help.
