Dealership lied about the condition of the vehicle. I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle. Electrical issues from day one. No support, no help, nothing. They won't eve I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle. Electrical issues from day one. No support, no help, nothing. They won't even respond to a simple question of whether I'm ordering the correct part to fix the problem, which is a $700-$900 fix. Do your due diligence before buying a car from this dealership. They do NOT stand behind their self-proclaimed, buy with confidence disclosure. In addition, I have been asking for a copy of the paperwork I e signed and a copy of the $700 ceramic coating I had them complete before I picked the car up. It doesn't look like a coating was ever completed so before you agree to this service, make sure you validate it was actually completed. I showed up and there was dust and bird droppings all over the car. How does that happen in 1-2 days? Probably didn't, the service was probably never completed, which is why they won't send me a copy of the receipt. Horrible customer service and they blatantly lie about the condition of the used vehicles they are selling. BUYER BEWARE. It's been close to a month now and I still have not received any dealer paperwork or receipt for the coating I had them complete. They won't even provide me with the proper part # to order so I can fix my steering wheel light issue at my cost. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. More
