He talked me through the process slowly and met me at my level. I also appreciated that he mainly spoke to me rather than my dad who I brought as backup. Purchasing a car as a woman can bring condescending attitudes from men but Shalay was patient, well informed, respectful, and kind throughout this process. I don't have much to say about the other workers as my interactions were brief, but they were all very kind and knowledgeable as well More
