Was told to go home and figure it out for ourselves. After several trips back the problem was diagnosed as bad computer module. This was around June 1. Climate control would not work, radio in and out, basically everything the computer ran was faulty. Was not offered another vehicle to drive until Aug 15th after many calls and complaints to Iversons. They gave us a 2018 explorer with the engine light on and tires that wouldn't hold air. We are now on our 4th loaner non of which have been what we bought. 200 days later we still don't have a vehicle yet. Iversons and Chrysler feel it's not there problem. More
