Questionable Diagnosis Brought my 2003 530i in for a “check coolant level” light which came on a couple of times, despite no evidence of a significant leak. On a previous i Brought my 2003 530i in for a “check coolant level” light which came on a couple of times, despite no evidence of a significant leak. On a previous inspection in October of 2019, I was told there was some evidence of coolant seepage around the water pump, but that it was minor. This time, however, I was told that the radiator was cracked, and that it should be removed and replaced — for about $1,000. At the same time, the coolant system was checked OK on the multipoint inspection! I was then told that the inspection revealed a leaking VANOS oil line. As my 530i consumes an excessive amount of oil, I asked if this could be the cause, and was told that it could very well be. So I authorized the repair, for another $400. I had not driven 50 miles before the “check oil level” light came on again. This tells me two things: (1) that the VANOS repair didn’t do anything to solve the problem, and (2) the OK check of the oil system on the multipoint inspection had clearly been pencil whipped — I doubt they even pulled the dipstick. Finally, I was told the inspection revealed a leaking power steering reservoir and hoses, and that replacement, while not critical, was recommended. Yet, in October of 2017, those hoses were replaced, and now you’re telling me they’re leaking again? Between the coolant, oil, and power steering systems, I have spent over $2,000 in less than three years. I am beginning to seriously question the integrity of Jake Sweeney’s service. Certified used means nothing, so don’t waste ur money. Avoid this dealer at all cost or pay up later. Dealer misled us in buying a certified used BMW. Now, after paying extra for the comfort of a Low mileage certified machine and about 3,000 miles, they tell me I bought a car w bad brakes. Wow? Worse is, they say it passed the BMW inspection at sale. What? Did their guys even look at it? If so, why didn’t they tell me so I could have made an informed decision to just buy new - from them. Now they’ve lost customer me, everybody I know, and right here demonstrated to you the truth about this dealer. Stay away or pay for it later. To the dealer I say respect is a given but trust is earned. You’ve effectively lost both. Thanks for nothing. Fantastic Dealership We had a mechanical issue with 2006 530i when on travel to Cincinnati. They looked at my car the very next day but repairs were over $5000. Chose to replace the car with a 2016 certified preowned 2016 535i X drive. They gave me a good price and this car had the M sport package I was looking for. Unimaginable experience this time Car was serviced appropriately but for the first time at this dealership. Someone went through my belongings in my car including my computer my cloths Car was serviced appropriately but for the first time at this dealership. Someone went through my belongings in my car including my computer my cloths. Took all the cash from the car glove box and storage compartment. I am worried about my personal information stolen by that particular person who did this. Last thing I expected from dealership is this kind of behavior. Friendly and professional service adviser I usually have my car serviced either in "The BMW Store" or here (BMW of Cincinnati North). I have great experience in both places. However, I prefer coming here when the job is a little complicated. These guys seem more able and knowledgeable. They always do a superb job. The service advisers I worked with also are very professional and accommodating. I certainly would recommend this service centre to anyone, who wants to get the job done without any hassle. More

First time service I brought a 2008 I bought from out of state to BMW North to get a thorough inspection of the vehicle.
