Gave the 8k in trade and cash ENT gave a perfect counter offer wirh a much lower interest rate that they refused without my knowledge just for they could make alot more on the deal and none of my trade in amount was credited towards the finance amount. When I messaged the sales guy Jon ro see if they will make it right I got laughed at and threatened with their lawyer! Obviously if your go to is to threaten a customer with lawyers something is wrong and they know it! Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep sales department/finance department is the shadiest in the industry. And if they tell you they will fix something don't waist your time, cause that is what they will do for you is waist your time.
