My great granddaughter, Jamillah Hashil, was in desperate need of a car. She lives in Bristol with her mother who has cancer and friend Jessica Geyer (your customer). Jamillah works in Goshen and is enrolled at IUSB. They had located a Kia at your dealership and needed me too cosign for a loan. I pointed out to salesman Eric that the price was at the top of the range for the model and the car had a history of rental use and auto auctions. I suggested the only way the price could be justified was the seller providing an extended warranty. He agreed and said it would have to be approved by someone inside. He, and 2 others spent a long time in a closed room and eventually came and said we were all set. I had previously ran an amortization and anticipated payments around $200/mo. They had them set around $300. They huddled again in the closed room and came back with $250 payments and the girls aid OK. I have come to learn that Jamillah was billed totally for the warranty and GAP. The payment got lowered by extending to payoff period. NOT VERY TRANSPARANT
