We purchased a truck through Planet Nissan, which we love. We appreciated that the vehicle was washed, detailed, and given a full tank of fuel during the purchase process. Daniel Maimran, Internet Manag love. We appreciated that the vehicle was washed, detailed, and given a full tank of fuel during the purchase process. Daniel Maimran, Internet Manager, and Farrukh, the salesperson, were both very friendly and helpful in navigating the process. Our only issue was that the purchase price of an additional warranty was not made clear to us, and therefore caused a lot of misunderstanding about the figures on the sales agreement, which is why we are only giving it 4 stars. Only a portion of the actual cost of the additional warranty was specifically disclosed to us during the signing process, which led us to believe that we were being overcharged for the additional warranty. Had the full cost been disclosed to us at that time, then there wouldn't have been any confusion. We liked everyone we dealt with and we do recommend this dealership to others. More
