A salesman (JB Brown) picked me up at the bus station, brought me to the dealership, and showed me the Ridgeline that I had come there to look at. The whole experience was easy and proffesional. We had agreed on a price over the phone. I told them I had to drive from New Orleans to Baton Rouge so I'd like to have a verbal agreement before arriving. Once there they raised the price I told them I had to drive from New Orleans to Baton Rouge so I'd like to have a verbal agreement before arriving. Once there they raised the price nearly 15% from what was agreed upon and actually let me walk out without keeping their word. One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had in sales. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
