After over 2 weeks of trying find out why this was, I was told there was a never mentioned dealer fee (I call xxxxxxxx), and a service contract we never agreed to. This was never specified in the bogus paperwork I was able to download. I believe they took advantage of an old couple just because they could. Oh well, fool me once, shame on me. More
