I had to bring my mini Cooper in for an urgent appointment as I am out of state and broke down on the highway. He had two times mistyped my name on the system to try find my schedule information. I have to back to dealer two times, because he said can’t find my schedule on the record which is he mis- spelling my n find my schedule information. I ask for search, and show him that I received a message from mini said that my appointment was scheduled. Then he looks again and didn’t say sorry that he why couldn’t find my information was his fault. More
