Don't know about the sales side of this dealership, but the service side is atrocious. I've never been so disgusted with a business in my life. I took my mom's Ford Explorer in for a check engine light. the service side is atrocious. I've never been so disgusted with a business in my life. I took my mom's Ford Explorer in for a check engine light. Two visits and $5000.00 later, we have the same problem that we had in April 2025. Service manager suggested spending another $4000.00.
