purchased vehicle 5-5-26. week and a half ago, front brakes making noise. initial inspection says pads at 6mm. fixed on 6-23-26. pads were 1mm or gone, metal on metal. initia week and a half ago, front brakes making noise. initial inspection says pads at 6mm. fixed on 6-23-26. pads were 1mm or gone, metal on metal. initial inspection person before they prepped the car for sale was either incompetent, negligent or falsifying the brake pads condition. yes they put new pads in in yesterday, and also rotors, which probably were not needed if you had put pads in before selling it. another 3 hours of my time. eric, hunter, daniel, and the mechanic know about it. if you need info, ask them.i am a little untrusting about your dealership after this purchase. i realize not a new vehicle, but the most money we have ever spent on a vehicle in our life. sent you 2 previous emails after purchase. no reply. just giving you a heads -up i dont know if i could ever trust you in the future. yes, the situation was remedied, but my time, your time, and everything else should not have happened.
