I have always had complete trust in this dealership in the past, however this last time having a new service desk person I was left puzzled, disappointed and kinda loosing my trust. My tires are just 19 m the past, however this last time having a new service desk person I was left puzzled, disappointed and kinda loosing my trust. My tires are just 19 months old and was told they are at 4, when they were just checked and were at 7. The way I was kinda put off and not given straight forward answers also added to my discomfort. The salesman are very nice over there but I didn’t think about this until afterwards that I bought a hybrid vehicle and they did not have it charged at all so I never got to see that part of the car meaning about this until afterwards that I bought a hybrid vehicle and they did not have it charged at all so I never got to see that part of the car meaning how it drove. I’ve never had an electric car so I know nothing about them. I still don’t know how to charge my car or where to charge it. I have not once driven the car in electric mode yet. It just bugs me that purchasing a car is one of the most expensive purchases that people make in their life and your lucky if you leave the dealership in a clean car with not even a quarter tank of gas and the car has not been charged at all. Then to top it off when I came back to get the license plates put on they only put 1 screw in when putting them on. I actually realized this after someone stopped next to me at a light and told me license plate looked like it was about to come off. Like really guys you couldn’t even put my license plate in correctly. These are a few things that have been bothering me when I purchased my last vehicle there. I would still go back to them but will be more vocal about my expectations cuz honestly if they don’t step up on how they deliver a purchased vehicle (new or used) to you then I will look elsewhere cuz their is 10+ dealerships right behind them that want my money too and will do these things without me even having to ask. More
