I really wanna leave a review after my conversation with that dealership of Englewood and my last :) , i don't wanna blame only one person i wanna blame the service & part's after they moved me from one to that dealership of Englewood and my last :) , i don't wanna blame only one person i wanna blame the service & part's after they moved me from one to another couple times the last one was "funny" saying that "she's so stupid " and then he transferred me over:) . But the worst it was after i was talking with a gentleman that supposed to be the management...after telling that i want to order the solenoid valve and how much will cost me with the labor he told me to bring the car over and for 195$ or 185$ they can tell me what's wrong but at the end he told that they are not opening and change parts at the transmission they are just replacing it. Thank you for making me to understand how unprofessional they are . Thank you very much 🤝🤝 More
