IOver the past years i have purchased 5 Audi's from different dealerships. The purchase of a 2025 Audi SQ5 was a first-time purchase from Audi Elk Grove. I will say without hesitation we received the different dealerships. The purchase of a 2025 Audi SQ5 was a first-time purchase from Audi Elk Grove. I will say without hesitation we received the WORST customer service for ANY vehicle i have ever purchased. The laundry list of misrepresentations, incomplete paperwork, having to deal with multiple individuals from sales to finance, to general sales managers, limited vehicle operations knowledge tutorial by salesperson reads like a comedy of ineffectiveness' and bad business ethics. As of today, 7/16/25, there have been 16 days of elapsed time since original delivery of the new vehicle, and we are still waiting for the absent Audi Code Authorization so another dealership can program the vehicle. We had to have another Audi dealership provide an operational tutorial for this vehicle. Lastly, the vehicle was to have been detailed before delivery. The new vehicle when delivered arrived requiring at my own expense a detail cleaning up what the selling dealership should have done. I requested on multiple occasions to speak directly with the Elk Grove Audi Dealership manager to ask for assistance and help in resolving the ongoing sales dilemma issues. I was never able to speak with the manager or receive a call back. Clearly, we will never use Audi Elk Grove for any further Audi purchases. More
