The amount of time you spend waiting is here is crazy. I paid cash for my vehicle and still had to wait almost 2 hours to get into the finance department. I love the car and I love the sales experience. There were only two negatives. First, the process of paying for the car took far too long and was not as friendly or professional as the sales effo There were only two negatives. First, the process of paying for the car took far too long and was not as friendly or professional as the sales effort. Second, for some reason both the dealership and the auto company did a hard pull on my credit. I would have thought that one would be enough and the two could share. This is not a major issue but it seems an unnecessary act that will now show on my credit report for a full year. Overall though I am very happy with John Elway Cadillac and would be happy to recommend it, albeit with the suggestion that they make sure that the finance department is sufficiently staffed that day and that they ask about the multiple credit pulls. More
