I'm originally from Romeo, Michigan and moved to Tempe, Arizona in 1987. After graduating from Arizona State University in 1996, I started working in the service department for a family owned car dealership. I have been married 20 years to my high school sweetheart, and we have two dogs. I enjoy mountain biking, golf, snow skiing, boating, walking or hiking with our dogs, and most things outdoors.

Darien said 8am appointment for oil change would take 2. 5hours. Could not wait so returned and he worked us in. 3.5hours until it was done. Thankful he got is in but too long. I bought my Forester Subaru Oct. 2018 and have never had problems visiting this dealership. I was Always satisfied. Unlike my recent experience. I brought my car for maintenance My a 2018 and have never had problems visiting this dealership. I was Always satisfied. Unlike my recent experience. I brought my car for maintenance My appointment was at 8:00 am, I also asked to check my AC. I called later to cancel the AC inspection, by Subaru recall recommendation, I was told that my Forester might qualify for a free AC inspection, and maybe free fixing. But I didn't say, not to perform the maintenance on my car. When my husband came to pick it up, NOTHING WAS DONE, and he was told that it will be done the next day, we live over 40 miles from the dealership. As I said before, our appointment was at 8:00 a.m. those appointments, I was told, are done the same day. More

I like how they show videos of your vehicle showing why it needs work. I also like how you won't do unnecessary work in order to make cash. This place also does Uber back and forth to the facility & wash y it needs work. I also like how you won't do unnecessary work in order to make cash. You have improved the way you do quality check to be sure I don't drive off the lot with mechanical or cosmetic issues (Piece of car flying off as I drive-happened many years ago, or an issue created by the mechanic after fixing another issue.) The last few times I came here you have definitely improved to make certain people do not leave with issues. And to be honest, I haven't had any these last few times due to the upgrade of your service department and the way you run things. It's much improved. Thank you Darien for your commitment to excellent service these last two times I came in. More
