Could not get the right answer We had problems with a Chevy Cobalt . Had problems with the transmission. Put a rebuild transmission in with a 3 year warranty. Had problems with one of the transmission sender in the transmission.It should have been cover under the warranty (but not).So I got charge for diagnose fee. They could not tell me the right code. The service people should listen to the customer. Even if the person look it up on the computer, u tube, to how to explain the problem, and to have any understanding. The transmission person needs some help diagnose the codes.. More

Beardmore is always where I go. I've always used Todd to purchase my vehicles and will continue to do so. He takes the time and effort to be sure what I order is what I get. Awesome very well pleased As a small business owner of a local pest control company. I was in need for a new vehicle to add to my fleet. I went to beardmore Chevrolet and was greeted by Todd beardmore, he was very friendly and not pushy... I had visited multiple dealerships prior to visiting beardmore Chevrolet. There was a few things that stood out to me as I was looking at different vehicle options. We started off looking at the used car lot Todd was very upfront and honest with every vehicle that we looked at. I noticed while I was there in search of a vehicle that they were detailing a vehicle that came in. I approached Todd and ask him is that a new vehicle he stated no that is one of her used vehicles. First impression last a lifetime I would definitely send any and everybody to beardmore Chevrolet and have them speak with Todd beardmore. He wasn't like any of the other sales guys that I visited with at the other dealerships . He was very normal he wasn't trying to get a cell he was just trying to be honest and make sure I was taken care of.After all said and done I ended up with a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado I was very happy with all the staff that I have dealt with so far. Now as I'm driving down the road in my brand new vehicle I get people asking me where did I get my vehicle and I tell them about my awesome experience with Todd at beardmore Chevrolet. Kuddos to Service Manager Mr. Rutherford I bought my vehicle here back in 2008 and I am still coming back to you guys. It has been more than 7 years of a great customer services. I used liv I bought my vehicle here back in 2008 and I am still coming back to you guys. It has been more than 7 years of a great customer services. I used live in Bellevue, only couple minutes away from your place and since couple years ago I moved to West Omaha. I drive almost 30 minutes depending on traffic to go to your place for my oil change and any other needed vehicle repairs. I am doing so and will continue doing so because you are keeping satisfied and providing me with excellent customer service. Mr. Darrel Rutherford provides magnificent customer service which keeps me coming back! Also, I am thinking about getting a new vehicle in the near future and of course strongly considering going to you first than anyone else for new vehicle. The main reason is customer service. It is been said that “Happy customers who get their issue resolved tell 5 to 7 people about their experience. So that’s a way to significantly influence the word of mouth about a business” I am a Happy customer thanks to the wonderful service that Mr. Rutherford and his team provide!
