I bought my Lincoln MKX in 2105, with 20,000 miles, part of the deal was a transmission change, I took the car in and they wouldn't honor it because the form on the bottom in the fine print, said all work m of the deal was a transmission change, I took the car in and they wouldn't honor it because the form on the bottom in the fine print, said all work must be completed in 30 days. This is the standard form they use. No one changes transmission with 20,000 miles. The manager said we haven't been in for service which isn't required. They didn't honor the agreement, and I won't buy a car here! More
